Akashi White Oak Japanese Whisky has a malty, citrusy aroma with scents of black cherry, toffee and oak. This whisky is made with a variety of wheat, barley and rye with hints of subtle peat. In 1923 Shinjiro Torii envisioned crafting a whisky that would enhance the Japanese dining experience. He did just that with the creation of Hibiki Harmony. This layered whisky pours is bright amber and has notes of citrus, honey, lychee, rosemary and oak. Full-bodied and fruity, with a long finish. 43%

Junenmyo Rouge is at least 50% heavily peated malt imported from Scotland that are distilled and aged in Japan. The minority portion of grain whisky is imported from Scotland.  Caramel nose with plum wine and gentle peat, salty licorice chews, dark chocolate and candied cherries. Soft on the palate, smoky with salty maritime notes, barley, candied orange and cherries, fennel seeds, mossy peat, salty caramel and licorice. Lush finish, with lasting malts and peat. 40%

A fine blended whisky created at the Saburomaru distillery from the finest selection of malt and grain whiskies. It was matured for 7 years, giving it a fantastic depth of flavour that will take you several drams to explore. In Japan, blending is a highly regarded art-form, and here we have another brilliant example of that. A floral aroma that is accented by touches of spice and fruit. This unique expression of whisky uses 100% malted barley that has been distilled in a Coffey still and matured in old casks. Rich and robust with citrus fruit, cinnamon and clove spice, this fruity and spicy whisky is nicely balanced with complexity and a silky texture. 45%

The hint of peat has been skilfully created from discreetly chosen cask profiles. Honey and cocoa are laced with a hint of smokiness and a shot of espresso on the nose. Hailing from the tropical shores of Goa, this exotic Indian single malt, in rich shades of dark copper, has complex aromas of fig and apricot with a rare hint of banana. On the palate are tremendous flavours of sweet barley with creamy butterscotch, dry fruits and a profuse Christmas cake. The finish is long and exquisite, with delectable chocolate fudge, delicate orange peel and hints of exotic wine drenched nuts. Much of the intrinsic characteristics of picked Pedro Ximenez casks. 48%

With just 8,682 bottles released across all markets, this unpeated single malt is a much-awaited Collectors Whisky. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks, finished in a Single Vintage Colheita Tawny Port Cask, and with no added colours or flavours. Aromas of creamy vanilla custard, dark chocolate, and rich dry fruit lead to deep flavours of sweet oak, velvety mocha, warm caramel, vanilla, and a subtle hint of spice on the palate. The finish is exuberantly fruity and delightfully long. 46%
