This 72% corn bourbon is aged in new charred American oak barrels for three years, soaking in flavors of vanilla, caramel and black cherry notes. The whiskey’s second aging is done in Napa Valley California, for 9 to 12 months in French oak Napa Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. This results in a copper brown tint with a cabernet red hue and a silky mouthfeel. The result is rich, deep flavors of vanilla and toast followed by notes of crème brûlée and hints of spice in a long, complex finish. 45%

Angel's Envy is their masterpiece inspired by Master Distiller Lincoln Henderson's lifetime crafting fine spirits. It is finished in port cask and pours a deep amber with aromas and flavours of almond, honey, apple, cinnamon, and blueberry compote. Distilled to a lower proof, then barreled and aged for several years in small batches; producing an amber colour, offering notes of toasted nuts, caramelized bananas, orange peel, vanilla, and spice. The recipe for this classic Bourbon dates back to 1796. Bradshaw Bourbon is distilled by a third-generation Master Distiller at one of the oldest distilleries in the nation. Located in Breckenbridge, Colorado, this bourbon is distilled using corn, rye and un-malted barley. Buffalo Trace is the flagship bourbon for the eponymous distillery made from corn, rye and malted barley. It’s aged in new oak barrels in historic old warehouses. The award-winning bourbon is batched from no more than 40 barrels at a time, and is aged on the middle floors of the distillery warehouses where the temperature fluctuation is the greatest. The Heaven’s Door range of whiskey was created by Bob Dylan and Marc Bushala, founder of Angel’s Envy, and made in a church in Tennessee. It's made with a mash bill featuring 30% “small grains”, and the spirit is aged for at least 8 years in American oak barrels. Cedar, summer berries, cacao and toasted grains on the nose. Festive spices, vanilla pod, buttered corn and rye on the palate. Finishes with vanilla notes, paired with peanut brittle and nutmeg. 45%

Hirsch The Horizon combines two straight bourbons distilled in Lawrenceberg, Indiana: 94% of the blend is distilled from a traditional mash bill and aged a minimum of 4 years. The remaining 6% is distilled from a “high rye” mash aged 6 years for added complexity.  On the nose, The Horizon offers a classic bourbon profile with sweet cornbread and vanilla. The palate is balanced with warm notes of cinnamon and oak, followed by a long finish with slight lingering sweetness.  46%

Basil Hayden Sr., known as Old Grand-Dad to the generations that followed, made bourbon the way he wanted. Rough Rider is a mash bill of 60% corn, 35% rye, and 5% barley aged in new charred American oak barrels.

The magic then begins as it goes through a second maturation in our Reserve Aging process in casks formerly housing Merlot and Chardonnay. These casks are washed with high proof aged Brandy before introducing the Bourbon. The result is a fine sturdy backbone with a hint of fresh juice, blackberry and currant, along with caramel and burnt sugar with a heady heat on the finish. 45%

Legendary bourbon-makers Jimmy and Eddie Russell use their vast knowledge to craft this 10-year-old classic. Aged in No. 4 alligator char barrels and bottled at 90 proof, this is the Russell’s Reserve bourbon that started it all.  This small-batch bourbon offers a bouquet of vanilla spice followed by rich, creamy toffee on the palate. The Musician is a Bourbon made by Still Austin Whiskey Co from a mash of 100% Texas-grown corn, rye, and malted barley. The whiskey was matured as is typical using heavily charred virgin oak casks. What sets it apart is the use of a slow water reduction technique used during maturation, where each month a small amount of water is added to the aging whiskey in casks. This is meant to soften the whiskey extract more mature notes such as vanilla and caramel from the oak. 49.2%. 

The Original TINCUP Whiskey is a marriage of two great American whiskeys: straight bourbon distilled in Indiana and Colorado single malt, each aged in charred oak barrels. Wild Turkey distiller Jimmy Russell has been making bourbon for 60 years. In Wild Turkey 101, 101 refers to 101 Proof, or 50.5% alcohol by volume. As you sip it, the spirit is medium-bodied, with a finish that is smooth and warming. With a little water, as Jimmy prefers it, the aromas open up, and the heat is diminished. 50.5%

Wild Turkey's Longbranch starts with their eight-year-old bourbon and refines it with Texas mesquite and charcoal to give a deeper, more complex profile. Aromas include toffee, oak toast and spice then round out to flavours of caramel, citrus and smoke. The finish is warming. 43%
