Chile - Pale lemon with a green hue; aromas of white citrus, green apple and gooseberry; flavours of lemon-lime, lemongrass and mineral; dry, medium-high acidity, medium body, with a lingering finish of citrus zest.
Chile - Pale straw in colour, this medium bodied white has fresh grassy aromas, with lots of citrus and green apple, the citrus carries through on the palate and the finish is dry and refreshing.
Spain - Pale gold color. Fragrant and exquisite, with very fresh floral (orange blossom honey) and fruit (pineapple, peach jam) aromas. Intense on the palate with delicate acidity reminiscent of reinette apples.
Canada - Lemon custard, white flowers, butterscotch and banana bread round out the nose. Mouth is full and creamy, with notes of wet stone and candied citrus peel. Persistent acidity balances out a beautiful nuttiness. Finish is long and complex.

Spain - Light, bright and pink, Olivares Rosado is serious fun. There is plenty of vibrant wild strawberries and lemony freshness to enjoy here. On the nose, aromas of strawberry and rose introduce a balanced wine. It`s an energetic wine to savour cold, on its own or with food.
France - Aroma of fresh, wild strawberries. Flavours of strawberries, cherries with some herbal notes accompanied by some spice and possessing a clean, well - balanced finish.
Chile - Clear, deep ruby in colour. Upfront aromas of smoke, cassis and chocolate; extra dry and medium to full bodied with rich flavours of smoky cassis and plum that lead to a long finish.
Australia - Wakefield is the name used in North America by Australia's eminent Taylor family. Their Clare Valley Shiraz will offer great depth and richness with toast, nuts, prune, herbs and coffee.
France - Syrah requires a warm climate to fully ripen but enough moderating effect to produce intense, aromatic wines that are not overwhelmed by sweetness and alcohol. This Syrah grows in ideal terroirs of the southern Rhône and shows the varietal’s typical spicy notes of sandalwood, violets, and black pepper.
USA - A fantastic pinot noir from California. Aged in French and American oak. Expect floral notes then toast, fresh mushrooms and red plum jam. Soft, silky, light to medium-bodied fruity palate with a long, balanced finish.
Argentina - Nicolás Catena helped revolutionize Argentina's wine industry after visiting California in the 1980s. This, his benchmark Malbec, Smooth and full-bodied with aromas of dark berries and spice leading into a rich palate with notes of rich dark chocolate, toast, black plum, roasted hazelnuts and herbs.
USA - The wine is led with dark chocolate, black cherry, melted licorice, alder, forest floor, cassis, and cigar box. On the palate it’s chewy and dark, but not heavy.
USA - This 100% Zin is matured in a combo of 80% French and 20% American oak, which brings sweet spice and caramel notes to a core of ripe red fruit. There's also an intriguing minty-vanilla character on the finish.
Spain - A blend of Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo aged in a combo of French and American oak. Deep, dark and spicy with dried flowers, sandalwood, prune, vanilla and toast.

Canada - Quails' Gate is a leading light in BC Pinot Noir and consistently delivers wines that combine ripeness and finesse. This one is stylish and approachable, with strawberry, raspberry, sour cherry, oak spice and an earthy undertone. Try it with roast duck.
USA - Classic, rich Paso mouthfeel: big, juicy and well-integrated. Notes of black currants, red and black fruits dominate this cabernet, with a hint of olive brine on the entry.

This Chardonnay comes from Louis Latour, who ages the wine for 10 months in oak barrels made by its own in-house cooperage. Expect lightly toasty peach, pear and apple notes.

USA - Grown high on the limestone-rich soils of Mt. Harlan, this beautifully aromatic wine displays enticing layers of Honeycrisp apple, peach and fresh brioche. The apple and stone fruit layers are echoed on the lush, mouthcoating palate, with undercurrents of cedar, wet stone and spice adding nuance and complexity to a long, resonant finish.
Spain - This award-winning Spanish sparkler from Villa Conchi is bright gold in colour and has aromas and flavours of crisp green apple, citrus, baked bread, white flower and lightly toasted nuts.
Italy - Upfront mineral notes of stone and petrol, showing hints of white peach and lemon curd. It is distinctive, rich and fresh with vibrant, satisfying bubbles.
France - Dominated by Pinot Noir, it offers a balance of structure and finesse. The nose is reminiscent of yellow and white fruits, vanilla and brioche.
