The limited-time offering features a blend of 8-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey and 4-year-old Canadian Rye Whisky, which bring to life layers of flavor, including distinct spice, toasted oak and vanilla notes. The blend is then finished with the addition of Black Strap Rum which ties the rye whiskey pairing together with sweet notes of brown sugar and molasses. 40%

This unique Saskatoon made whisky is crafted with 100% single grains, and is aged to perfection in new American oak barrels.Their aging process takes place under Saskatchewan’s living skies, where it rests year round under the prairie sky, interacting with the elements of the Canadian prairies.Currently the single grain release is distilled from 100% Triticosecale (Triticale – a hybrid grain between wheat and rye), which is smooth and light bodied. 46-49%

Bearface first sources an exceptional 7-year-old Canadian whisky, matured in ex-bourbon American oak. Next it is placed in used French oak wine barrels, and the final finish takes place in new Hungarian oak. Experience complex notes of vanilla, dried fruit and spice. 42.5%

This first release in the series will see award-winning Bearface Whisky blended with pit-roasted agave espadín spirit from Oaxaca, Mexico, the same agave spirit used to produce mezcal. The ‘One Eleven Rule’ is unique to Canadian whisky, allowing the blending of ten parts whisky with one part of another spirit, which is specifically prohibited in Scotch, Irish whiskey and Bourbon. Expect honeyed notes with red berry nuances, gorgeous spice tones and a fourth dimension of smoky agave.  42.5%

The first limited edition batch uses foraged Matsutake mushrooms, that are cask-infused with whisky to release the subtle tastes and aromas. To create this expression, we mature our whisky in hand-selected ex-wine casks and jerez sherry pipes inside repurposed shipping containers in the Canadian wilderness. It gives the whisky a bolder, smoother flavour. The result is a complex, layered whisky with nutmeg, cinnamon and rounded nuttiness followed by a leafy earthiness with a umami finish, 42.5%

This small-batch, 95% rye whiskey pours a deep amber colour and offers pronounced aromas of toasted oak, spices, orange peel and vanilla. The palate is smooth with flavours of orange peel, peppery spice and herbs lingering on the finish. 45%

Aging in both new and seasoned white oak barrels give Crown Royal its unique flavour profile that has garnered fans the world over. Light amber in colour the nose is lightly floral with corn, buttery/vanilla and peach aromas; on the palate look for light sweet peach flavour with wood spice on a dry finish. 40%

Matured in charred oak casks and blended at a higher proof to deliver a more concentrated, full bodied flavour; it pours a dark copper and offers aromas of orange peel, bruised apple, vanilla and cinnamon. The Forager whisky is the world’s first botanical Canadian whisky. The Forager takes 3 year whisky and steeps it in 5 hand picked, wild Canadian botanicals, including juniper berries, Labrador tea, mugwort, sweet fern, and spruce tips. This creates a lighter style whisky with intricate, interwoven flavours. The result is a unique whisky and gin alternative, with light flavours like fresh cut pine and a hint of candied citrus, balanced with toffee and a long peppery finish. 40%

Forty Creek is often credited for the renewed interest in quality Canadian whisky. The original pours a medium amber and offers complex aromas and flavours of apricots, caramel, spice, vanilla, ginger and toasted oak, ending in a long smooth finish. 40%

Double barrel is the process of individually maturing the whiskies in oak, and after blending, aging again for two years in bourbon casks. Expect bold aromas and flavours of butterscotch, vanilla, sweet fruit and spice with maple and toasted nut tones. The palate is rounded and smooth with a long mellow finish. 40%

This rare blend is inspired by its surroundings, the bountiful Niagara Region. A hint of brandy is blended into five-year-old pot-distilled whisky and then steeped with cherrywood. Intriguing aromas of cherry, vanilla and chocolate with oak, spice and honey-fruit flavours. Smooth and fruity with balanced spice. 45%

This creation is our iconic whisky infused with grapes harvested in the darkest hours of winter. Fruit-forward on the nose, the flavour takes the senses on a journey to reveal brown sugar, toffee and oak notes, evolving into complex spices and hints of stone fruit with a soft, harmonious finish. 45% 

Named for its more intense flavour profile this bold version pours a medium gold the nose opens with aromas of vanilla, spiced apple and subtle oak; the palate is rich and sweet with a bold, rich rye character followed by a lengthy spicy finish. 46%

Eleven Souls is part of the 2018 Northern Borders Rare Collection inspired by the story of William Gooderham caring for eleven orphans on their voyage to Canada. It's whisky components were blended using various distillation methods and five grains (malted and unmalted rye, Brasetto rye, red winter wheat, malted and unmalted barley and double-distilled corn whisky) aged in new white oak, ex bourbon casks or Canadian whisky casks.  Notes: Vanilla, toasted grains, apple, caramel and spice. 49%

49 Wellington is a 19 year limited release and is a tribute to the historic building in Toronto. Red oak inserts are used in homage to the red bricks of the building. The blend is primarily discontinued J.P. Wiser’s Red Letter whisky. The nose is warm and inviting with a touch of baking spices, wheat bread, honey, and a soft oakiness. The taste has a gentle spiciness with a good balance of honey and caramel underneath delicate hints of white pepper and clove that linger through the finish. 49%

This non-chill filtered whisky is made with malted barley mash of winter wheat from Northern British Columbia; remarkably smooth with aromas of citrus, orange pekoe tea, dried fruit and toast; the palate has flavours of cherry, pepper and vanilla; medium-bodied and spicy with a long-lasting finish. 40%

A burnished copper colour, with deep copper highlights; on the nose, hints of spicy rye grain, chocolate and orange zest; on the palate, a round, viscous mouthfeel, medium body, and forward spicy, toasted oak, chocolate and citrus flavours; the finish is medium in length, with sweetness giving way to elegant dryness. 50%

Rich medium amber with pale gold highlights. Invitingly fragrant, with notes of caramel, freshly cut vanilla bean, pepper, tangerine and dried herbs. Saskatchewan is known around the world for its amazing wheat. LMD is proud to source its wheat from the Brewster Farm in Earl Grey, Saskatchewan. This 100% unmalted white wheat whisky is a 3-time winner of the Canadian Whisky Awards - Best All-Wheat Whisky of the Year. It is rich with notes of toffee, honeycomb, and vanilla. It has a creamy smooth finish that is soft and easy to drink on its own. 45%

Pendleton 1910 is a rare 100% rye whisky that is aged for a minimum of 12 years in oak barrels before being cut to proof with pristine glacier-fed spring water from Oregon’s highest peak, Mt. Hood. Golden amber in colour, with a well-rounded and full -bodied aroma. Nutmeg, cloves, and hints of dried pineapple. The palate brings muted tropical notes, apples and dried cherries with nutty toffee undertones. A medium dry finish with lingering tart cherry. 40%

With no electricity in the warehouse, the oft-erratic Canadian climate plays a key role in the maturation of this whisky. Pouring a medium amber it is fragrant with aromas of caramel, clove, prune and spice; on the palate it is round and warm with flavours of spiced caramel, dried fruit and cereal grain. 42%

Made with 95% rye and 5% malted barley; pouring deep amber into the glass with light gold highlights; inviting aromas of orange peel, oak, tea leaves, anise and a hint of freshly-brewed espresso; on the palate, citrus, dried herbs, yellow plum and spice; medium-bodied and fruity with an elegant finish. 46%

Created in honour of legendary distiller George H. Reifel, this rye is a masterpiece that George would be proud of. Aged in charred white oak and ex-bourbon barrels it has an abundance of aromas and flavours of toffee, vanilla, pear and chocolate. With great depth, this whisky has a lingering warmth on the finish. 42%

This Rye Whisky is aged in three different casks to yield complexity and richness. The journey begins in new American oak barrels where this small-batch Rye Whisky takes on spicy and sweet cinnamon flavors. Under a watchful eye, the whisky is moved to bourbon casks, where rye and bourbon flavors blend together. The final maturation occurs in barrels that previously held the distillery’s Pine Barrens Single Malt Whisky. 45%

Aged in three different barrels then blended to perfection; this ultra-smooth whisky opens with a delicate nose of honey, vanilla, dried fruit and a touch of barrel spice. The palate is rich with a round and creamy mouthfeel followed by a lengthy, warm finish. 40%

The worlds first lentil whisky showcases one of Saskatchewan’s staple grains. The bright flavor of citrus, pepper, and dried fruit makes this whiskey unique and nuanced with almonds and maple in a smooth finish. 45%

This distillers blend whisky features a bourbon style mash with purple corn and an oat whisky, each aged three years in separate French oak, then blended and finished in a Merlot cask. This distinctive process results in a whisky with a diverse flavor profile. Sweet and caramel and oatmeal marry perfectly with rich chocolate and dark berry notes. 51% 

Made in the Yukon, release #25, is a 7 year old "Peated" and wheated single malt. Initially matured in virgin oak for one year, the whisky was then transferred to ex-Bourbon casks for the remaining maturation. Like smoke laying in a chilled valley, the scent is dirty but still bright with grassy malt, apples & pears. The mellow entry quickly evolves, a malt center with dusty ashes, scraggly edges thick with peat overload the palate, brash layers building with each successive trial. 43%

The Wild North originates from a judicious blend of 5 and 7 year old whiskey batches. We have selected the best ingredients the Great Canadian North can produce; spring water from the northern Quebec and barrels of white oak grown in the North American forests. It takes as much passion and conviction to clear an unknown land as it takes to make a truly Canadian whiskey. 43%

In the mid-1800s J.P. Wiser set out to create a signature whisky and the result is Deluxe, an award-winning golden Canadian rye with aromas of sweet caramel, dried fruit and vanilla. Flavours of toasted grain, sweet cornmeal and vanilla are followed by a smooth, creamy finish. 40%

This award-winning blend of corn and rye is triple barrel aged 10 years in new white oak, American bourbon and used Canadian whisky barrels. The complex flavours of caramel, honey, vanilla, dried fruit and spices are balanced by subtle notes of green apple and pear. Smooth with a pleasant finish. 40%
